At Fashion Home Store, we want you to love every piece you choose for your space; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all home decor and furnishings are in their original packaging and unused condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack with Care

  Securely place the items in their original manufacturer packaging, including all assembly hardware, manuals, and protective padding to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your box, ensuring any previous delivery barcodes are fully covered.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return for quality assurance, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
